মালদ্বীপ কিভাবে ইসলামিক রাষ্ট্রে পরিনত হলো এবং কি কি পরিবর্তন এসেছে - Bengal Hindus

পর্যট্রন যে কোন মুসলিমের কাছেই ‘জেনা’। একই ছাদের নিচে কারখানায় নারী পুরুষ কাজ করলেও শরীয়া আইনে সেটা ‘জেনা’! ছনের ছাউনির নিচে বসে ফলের জুস হাতে নারী পুরুষ মিলে সৈকতের দৃশ্য উপভোগ করাও ‘জেনা’! সেদিন ইয়োগা অনুষ্ঠানে মালদ্বীপের ন্যাশনাল ফুটবল স্টেডিয়ামে নারী পুরুষ যোগাসনে বসেছিলো। তখন নারায়ে তাকবির বলে সেই সমাবেশ স্থলে হামলে পড়ে মালদ্বীপের তৌহদী জনতা। এই অনৈসলামিক কার্যক্রম তারা মালদ্বীপে চলতে দিবে না। শত শত পর্যট্রক সেদিন ভয়ে স্টেডিয়ান ছেড়ে পালিয়েছে। উপরে যে মালদ্বীপ দেশটির পরিচয় দিলাম তাতে কি খুব বেশি বিস্মিত হওয়ার মত কিছু মালদ্বীপে ঘটেছে বলে মনে হয়? 

মালদ্বীপে এতদিন যারা রাষ্ট্রধর্ম ইসলাম বানিয়েছে, কেবলমাত্র সুন্নী মুসলমানদের যারা রাষ্ট্রনেতা হওয়ায় সীমিত রেখেছে, অন্য ধর্মের অধিকার ক্ষুণ্ন করেছে তারা আসলে একই সঙ্গে পর্যট্রক স্বাধীন রেখেছিলো টাকার লোভে। তারা ধর্মেও ছিলো জিরাফেও ছিলো। যেমনটা পাকিস্তান বাংলাদেশেও আছে। কিন্তু বর্তমান ইসলামিক প্রজন্ম জিরাফে আর থাকতে চাচ্ছে না। তারা শুধু ইসলামে থাকবে। তাই উপমহাদেশের ‘মুসলিম দেশগুলিতে’ জিহাদের আগুন ছড়িয়ে পড়ছে। এর দায় তাদের যারা এই দেশগুলি এতগুলি বছর শাসন করেছে। দেশের মানুষকে ধর্মান্ধ বানিয়েছে। রাষ্ট্রীয় কাঠামোকে এমন করে তুলেছে যেখানে যুক্তিবাদী সহিষ্ণু মানুষ না জন্মাতে পারে। মনে করুন, বাংলাদেশের মত দেশে যে ৫৬০টি মসজিদ কাম ইসলামিক কেন্দ্র তৈরি হচ্ছে, যে হাজারখানেক সরকারী উদ্যোগে কওমি মাদ্রাসা তৈরি হচ্ছে সেখান থেকে সেরকম জেনারেশনই বের হবে যারা কক্সবাজারে ‘শালিনতা’ রক্ষা করতে নৈতিক পুলিশের ভূমিকা নিবে। একদিন মালদ্বীপের মত বিশ্ব নিউজে হেডলাইন হবে যে তারা বিদেশী পর্যট্রকদের মেরেধরে বের করে দিয়েছে।

আপনি এখন বলতেই পারেন, ভাই সমস্যা তো দেখালেন, সমাধানটা বলুন। আমি সব সময়ই সমাধান বলি গোড়ায় হাত দেন। বাংলাদেশের সরকার হাজারখানেক কওমি মাদ্রাসা বানিয়ে চাচ্ছে সেসব মাদ্রাসায় সরকারী নিয়ন্ত্রণ প্রতিষ্ঠা করে উগ্রবাদের বিরুদ্ধে ধর্ম দিয়ে ধর্মকে বশ করবে। সেটি আত্মঘাতী চিন্তা। কওমি মাদ্রাসায় হাদিস কুরআনই শিক্ষা হবে। সেখান থেকে এই সরকার বিরোধী শক্তিই বের হবে কেননা এদেশে আওয়ামী লীগকে সেক্যুলার বলে মনে করে ইসলামপন্থিরা। সেক্যুলারিজমকে ইসলাম কুফরি বলে। ফলে এই হাজারখানে মাদ্রাসা আওয়ামী লীগের বিরুদ্ধেই যাবে। 

ইংরেজরাও চেষ্টা করেছিলো জিহাদ থেকে মুসলমানদের ইংরেজি বিজ্ঞান শিক্ষা দিয়ে এমন একটি মাদ্রাসা তৈরি করা যেখান থেকে উদার মুসলমান জন্ম নিবে। ইংরেজদের সহায়তায় সেই আলীয়া মাদ্রাসা কিন্তু কওমি মাদ্রাসার দারুল ইসলাম থেকে এতটুকু সরে আসেনি। তাই সমাধান হচ্ছে রাষ্ট্র থেকে ইসলামকে পৃথক করা। ইসলাম দিয়ে ইসলামকে নিয়ন্ত্রণ করতে যাওয়া বিষধর সাপের খামার বানানো যা একদিন খামারীকেই ছোবল দিবে। আলেম ওলামা হয়ে জীবনধারণ করা কঠিন -সেরকম শিক্ষা ও রাষ্ট্রীয় ব্যবস্থা তৈরি করা। অর্থনৈতিক কারণে যেন কেউ মুল্লা হতে না চায়। সমাজে রাষ্ট্রে মুল্লাদের ভূমিকাকে গৌণ্য করে তুলতে হবে। তাহলেই আপনি নিজের দেশকে উগ্রবাদহীন করে তুলতে পারবেন। এটাই সমাধান। এর কোন বিকল্প নেই।

Islam has been the state religion in the Maldives since 2008. At the same time the law was passed that all the inhabitants must be Sunni Muslims. Even if non-Muslims of other nations have personal religious beliefs, that religion cannot be propagated and displayed. Presidents, ministers, MPs, judges must be Sunni Muslims. Sharia is the basis of state law.

It is said that Hindus converted to Islam in droves because of the fraternity and castelessness of Islam. That is why the fire of jihad is spreading in the 'Muslim countries' of the subcontinent. It is the responsibility of those who have ruled these countries for so many years. Suppose that in a country like Bangladesh where 560 mosques and Islamic centers are being built, out of the thousands of government initiatives that are being built for Qawmi Madrasa, only such generation will come out who will play the role of moral police to protect 'decency' in Cox's Bazar. One day in the world news like Maldives will be the headline that they have beaten out foreign tourists.

The government of Bangladesh wants to build thousands of Qawmi madrasas, establish government control over those madrasas and subdue religion with religion against extremism. That is suicidal thinking. Hadith Quran will be taught in Qawmi Madrasa. The anti-government forces will come out from there because the Islamists consider the Awami League to be secular in this country. Islam calls secularism kufr. As a result, these thousands of madrasas will go against the Awami League.

The British also tried to build a madrasa from Jihad to teach English science to the Muslims from which liberal Muslims would be born. With the help of the English, that Alia Madrasa did not move away from Darul Islam of Qawmi Madrasa. So the solution is to separate Islam from the state. To build a poisonous snake farm to control Islam with Islam which will one day bite the farmer. It is difficult to make a living as a scholar and ulama - to create such an education and state system. No one wants to be a mullah for economic reasons. The role of mullahs in the society should be made secondary. Only then can you make your country non-extremist. That is the solution. There is no alternative.
