ফুরফুরা শরীফের মধ্যে শিবলিঙ্গ পাওয়াটা ঐতিহাসিকভাবেই বাস্তবসম্মত। ভারতবর্ষের একেকটি পীরের দরগাই হচ্ছে হিন্দু মন্দির না হয় হিন্দু রাজবাড়ির উপর প্রতিষ্ঠিত। এসব ইতিহাস ভারতীয় হিন্দু কমিউনিস্টরা বিস্মৃত করে দিয়েছে। কিন্তু অপরাধী নাকি নিজেই নিজের অজান্তে তার চিহ্ন রেখে যায়। ফুরফুরা শরীফের পীর সাহেবরা তাদের পূর্ব পুরুষের বীরত্বের ইতিহাস লিখেতে গিয়ে যেমন হারিয়ে যাওয়া ইতিহাস লিখে রেখে গেছেন। যে ইতিহাস বলে হিন্দু বাগদি রাজাকে কি করে প্রতারণা করে তার রাজবাড়ি দখল হত্যা লুটপাট চালিয়ে ‘ফুরফুরা শরীফ’ প্রতিষ্ঠা করা হয়। কাজেই ফুরফুরা শরীফের একশ ফুট মাটি খুড়লেই দেবদেবীদের মূর্তি বেরিয়ে আসাটা খুব স্বাভাবিক। শিবলিঙ্গ পাওয়াটা খুবই স্বাভাবিক!
ফুরফুরা শরীফের সেই ইতিহাস বলার আগে বলে নেই গতকাল আনন্দবাজার পত্রিকা ফুরফুরা শরীফের পীরজাদাদের ‘সম্প্রীতির ডাক’ শিরোনামে নিউজ ছেপেছে যেখানে তারা লিখেছে আলেম ওলামারা ঘৃণা হিংসা পরিহার করে সবাইকে সম্প্রীতির ডাক দিয়েছে। পুরো ভারত জুড়ে তান্ডব চলানো শেষ হবার পর এখন ‘ইসলাম এসব সমর্থন করে না’ ‘রসূল সবাইকে ক্ষমা করে দিয়েছিলেন’ বলে সম্প্রীতির ডাক যে শঠতা বলাই বাহুল্য। ভারত আশ্চর্য দেশ এখানে মুসলমানরা হিন্দুদের হাতে নির্যাতিত নিপীড়িত হওয়ার ব্লেম দেয় কিন্তু ফুরফুরা শরীফের পীরজাদার শিবলিঙ্গ নিয়ে বিদ্রুপ হাস্যরস কেন নূপুর শর্মার নবীকে নিয়ে মন্তব্য করার পর যে পরিস্থিতি তৈরি হয়েছে সেরকম হয়নি? ‘জয় শ্রীরাম’কে ‘জয় ছিড়িরাম’ বলে ব্যঙ্গ বিদ্রুপ ভারতে বহুল প্রচলিত হলেও ‘আল্লা আকবর’কে কেউ ব্যঙ্গ করে উচ্চারণ করলে কি পরিণতি হতে পারে সেটি নূপুর শর্মার ঘটনার পর আর অনুমান করতে কষ্ট হয় না।... তো ভারতের পীর বাবাদের সম্প্রীতির ডাক নতুন কিছু নয়। গোঁড়া কেটে দেবার পর উনারা পাতায় জল আগেও ঢেলেছেন। ফুরফুরা শরীফের ভিত্তি যে জিহাদের তরোয়ালের উপর ভর করে এবার সেই ইতিহাস কিছুটা জানি আসুন।
ভারতের হিন্দু লিবারাল ও বামপন্থিরা এবং বাংলাদেশের প্রগতিশীল মুসলমানরা যেভাবে মুসলিম শাসনকে অত্যাচারী ব্রাহ্মণ্যবাদী হিন্দু রাজাদের বিরুদ্ধে নিপীড়িত গরীব মানুষদের মুক্তি সোপান হিসেবে দেখান ফুরফুরা শরীফের পীরের জিহাদ কিন্তু আদিবাসী নিম্মবর্ণের বাগদী সম্প্রদায়ের বিরুদ্ধে ছিলো। বাংলা শাসন করছিলো তখন শামসুদ্দিন ফিরোজ শাহ। তিনি সুফি পীর সুলতান আলাউদ্দীন খিলজী জাফর খান গাজীর অধীনে অত্র অঞ্চলে সৈন্য প্রেরণ করেন। সুফিরা ছিলো শান্তিবাদী সহিষ্ণু ধর্ম মতের অধিকারী ভারতে এটি আরেকটি চরম মিথ্যাচার প্রচলিত। ইসলামি শাসনে বাদশাহ সুলতানদের এসব সুফি সাধক বাবাজীরা রীতিমত ‘যুদ্ধ উপদেষ্টা’ হিসেবে কাজ করতেন। সুফিরা ঘোড়ায় চড়ে কাফেরের কল্লা কেটে সশস্ত্র জিহাদে সৈন্যের ভূমিকায়ও অংশ নিতেন। জাফর খান গাজীর দলেও তিনি ছাড়াও দুজন সুফি যোগ দেন- হযরত শাহ্ সুফী সুলতান ও হযরত সৈয়দ হোসেন বুখারী (রহ.)।
ফুরফুরার নাম ছিলো তখন ‘বালিয়া-বাসন্তী’। এটি স্বাধীন হিন্দু রাজার রাজ্য। জিহাদে বালিয়া বাসন্তী দখল হওয়ার পর তার নতুন নাম রাখা হয় ‘পুরফরা’। ‘পুর’ অর্থ পুর্ণ আর ‘ফরা’ শব্দের অর্থ আনন্দ। অর্থ্যাত জিহাদ পূর্ণ করে মুসলমানদের পূর্ণ আনন্দ হয়েছিলো। আরবী ‘পুরফরা’ পরবর্তীকালে মানুষের মুখে মুখে ‘ফুরফুরা’ হয়ে যায়। সেই ফুরফুরা বা বালিয়া-বসন্তে বাগদী রাজার বাসগৃহের অদূরে তাঁবু খাটায় মুসলমান বাহিনী। কোন রকম আত্মরক্ষা নয়, ছিলো না বাগদী রাজার পক্ষ থেকে কোন উশকানির লেশমাত্র। সম্পূর্ণ বিনা উশকানিতে অতর্কিত আক্রমণ শুরু করে সুফি দরবেশদের দলটি। ফুরফুরা শরীফের ইতিহাস বইতে সেকথাই বলা হয়েছে এভাবে,“প্রাতঃকালে মোসলেম সৈন্যগণ বাগ্দী রাজার অধীনস্থ গ্রামসমূহ আক্রমণ করেন। বাগদী রাজা বহু সৈন্যসহ তাঁহাদের সম্মুখীন হন। ইহার ফলে উভয় পক্ষে ঘোরতর যুদ্ধ উপস্থিত হয়। ইহার ফলে বাগ্দী রাজার বহু সৈন্য হতাহত হয়। পরদিবস পুনরায় যুদ্ধ আরম্ভ হইল। কিন্তু বাগ্দী রাজার সৈন্য সংখ্যা মোসলেম সৈন্য সংখ্যার দ্বিগুণ দেখিয়া মোসলেম সৈন্যগণের মধ্যে শাহ সোলায়মান এবং অন্যান্য বহু বোজর্গ-সৈন্য শহীদ হইলেন। ইহাতে সেনাপতি বিষম চিন্তায় পতিত হইয়া অশ্রু বিসর্জ্জনপূর্ব্বক আল্লাহতায়ালার নিকট মোনাজাত করিতে লাগিলেন এবং ফতেহ হইবার নিমিত্ত দোয়া চাহিয়া নিদ্রাভিভূত হইলেন” (ফুরফুরা শরীফের ইতিহাস, হযরত মাওলানা আবু জাফর সিদ্দিকী সাহেবের লিখিত ও প্রকাশিত, তৃতীয় সংস্করণ, প্রকাশকাল-আষাঢ়, ১৩৪৩ বাংলা, পৃঃ ৪-৫)।
সাময়িক পরাজিত হয়ে শাহ হোসেন বোখারী (রহ.) তাকিয়া অর্থ্যাত দ্বিন কায়েমের স্বার্থে মিথ্যার আশ্রয় নিলেন। হিন্দু সাধু সেজে জপমালা হাতে নিয়ে ধ্যানমগ্ন হয়ে গাছের তলায় বসে রইলেন এবং রটিয়ে দিলেন একজন বড় সাধক বাগদী রাজার সম্মুখে হাজির হয়েছেন। শাহ হোসেন বোখারী (রহ.) খবর নিয়ে জেনেছিলেন রাজা সাধুসন্ত্রদের আদর আপ্যায়ন করাকে রাজধর্ম মনে করতেন। একটা গুজবও ছিলো যে রাজার বাড়ির ভেতরে চন্দ্রপুকুরের জল অলৌকিক যেখানে বাগদী রাজার মৃত সৈন্যদের ফেললে ফের জীবিত হয়ে যায়। এ কারণেই রাজাকে হারানো যাচ্ছে না। শাহ হোসেন বোখারী (রহ.) সেই পুকুরে গিয়ে গরুর মাংস ফেলে হিন্দু পবিত্রতা ধ্বংস করবেন এমনটা পরিকল্পনা ছিলো। একই সঙ্গে খোদ অন্দরমহলে গিয়ে আক্রমণ চালানো ছিলো পরিকল্পনা।
ফুরফুরা শরীফের বইতে এভাবে সেই ঘটনা বর্ণিত হয়েছে,“তিনি (শাহ হোসেন বোখারী (রহ.))পুরোহিতের বেশ ধারণ করত জপমালা হস্তে লইলেন এবং একখন্ড গরুর গোশ্ত প্রচ্ছন্নভাবে লইয়া এক বৃক্ষতলে বসিয়া জপ আরম্ভ করিলেন। (কারণ হাদীসে আছে الحرب خدة) বাগ্দী রাজা উক্ত পুরোহিতের সংবাদ প্রাপ্ত হয়ে দাসবৃন্দকে আদেশ করিল যে, তাঁহাকে নিমন্ত্রণ করত উত্তমরূপে আহারাদি করাইয়া বিদায় দাও। দাসবৃন্দ নানা উপাদেয় খাদ্যদ্রব্য লইয়া পুরোহিতের নিকট গমন করিলেন এবং আহার করিবার নিমিত্তে তাঁহাকে পুনঃ পুনঃ অনুরোধ করিতে লাগিলেন। কিন্তু তিনি তাহাদের প্রতি ভ্রুক্ষেপও করিলেন না। দাসবৃন্দ বিফল মনোরথ হইয়া রাজার নিকট প্রত্যাবর্তন করিল। রাজা স্বয়ং তাঁহার নিকট উপস্থিত হইয়া বিনয় পূর্বক তাঁহাকে রাজবাড়ি ভ্রমণ করিয়া আহারাদি সম্পন্ন করিতে সবিশেষ অনুরোধ করিলে, পুরোহিত বেশধারী হযরত শাহ হোসেন বোখারী (রহ.) উত্তরে জানাইলেন যে, আমি বহুদিন পর্যন্ত স্নান করি নাই এবং স্নান না করিয়া আহারাদি সম্পন্ন করিতে পারিব না। অদ্য জিঁয়ত কু- পুষ্করিণীতে স্নান করিয়া আহারাদি সম্পন্ন করিলে গোনাহ সমূহ মোচন হইবে। ইহা বিধাতার আদেশ। তন্নিমিত্ত এখানে উপস্থিত হইয়াছি।তদ্শ্রবণে বাগদী রাজা অতিশয় আনন্দিত হইল। তাঁহাকে জিঁয়তকুন্ডে পুষ্করিণী দেখাইয়া তথায় স্নান করিতে অনুরোধ করিলেন এবং অন্দর মহলে প্রবেশ করিলেন। তিনি এই সুযোগে আপন উদ্দেশ্য পূর্ণ করিলেন। গোশতখ- পুষ্করিণীতে নিক্ষিপ্ত হইবা মাত্র এরূপ ভয়াবহ শব্দ উত্থিত হইল যে, রাজবাড়ির সমস্ত মানুষ সংজ্ঞাহীন অবস্থায় পতিত হইল। ইত্যবসরে তিনি ঐ স্থান হইতে প্রস্থান করত নিজ শিবিরে উপস্থিত হইলেন। উল্লিখিত শব্দটি আর কিছ্ই নহে, জিঁয়ত-কুন্ডে যে সকল দুষ্ট জেন প্রভৃতি ছিল, তাহারা ঐরূপ বিকট শব্দ করিয়া ঐ স্থান হইতে প্রস্থান করিয়াছিল” (ফুরফুরা শরীফের ইতিহাস, ৩য় সংষ্করণ, ১৩৪৩ বাংলা, পৃষ্ঠা ৫-৬)।
খবর-
অলৌকিক ঘটনাগুলো ভাঁওতাবাজী বলাই বাহুল্য। প্রতারণা করে যে বাগদী রাজার দুর্বল জায়গায় আঘাত করা হয়েছিলো সেটা স্পষ্ট। এবং ইসলাম যে দাবী করে আত্মরক্ষার্থে যুদ্ধ করে সেগুলো যে সর্বই মিথ্যা এটি তার একটি উদাহরণ। কারণ সুশাসন থাক আর কুশাসন- কাফের শাসন হটিয়ে ইসলাম কায়েম করাই ইসলামের লক্ষ।
সালাফিদের যারা নিন্দা করে সুফিবাদকে জামাই আদর করে ভদ্র ইসলাম বলতে চান তাদের বাংলার পীর বংশের পত্তনগুলোর ইতিহাস পড়া উচিত। ভারতের বামরা ফুরফুরাকে জায়েজ করতে ওরা সালাফি নয় বলে যে জল ঘোলা করছেন তাতে ফুরফুরা শরীফের বর্ণিত ইতিহাসই বেফাঁস করে দিচ্ছে সব। ফুরফুরা তড়িকা কি চায় তাদের উত্তরপুরুষদের প্রকাশনা বইপত্তরই সাক্ষি দিচ্ছে। সেই তারাই এখন ‘সম্প্রীতির ডাক’ দিচ্ছে! হিন্দুত্ববাদীদের উশকানিতে মুসলমানদের উত্তেজিত হতে না বলছে। কী রকম শান্তিবাদী দেখুন! একদিকে জিহাদ চালাবে, আরেকদিকে সম্প্রীতির ডাক দিবে। যারা হিন্দুত্ববাদ বিরোধী সেক্যুলার তারা কি করে এইসব পীর বাবাজীদের সম্প্রীতির ডাককে প্রশংসা করে শেয়ার করছেন? আপনারা কি অজ্ঞ নাকি মতলববাজ?

In Furfura Sharif's book, the incident is described in this way: (Because in the hadith there is الحرب خدة) The Bagdi king, on hearing the news of the priest, ordered the slaves to invite him to a good meal and send him away. When the king himself came to him and humbly requested him to go to the palace and finish his meal, the priest in disguise, Hazrat Shah Hussain Bokhari (ra) replied that he had not bathed for a long time and could not finish his meal without bathing. The sins will be forgiven if one completes the aharadi by bathing in the pool of victory today. This is the order of God. That is why I have come here. King Bagdi was very happy to hear that. He showed him the pool at Jinyatkund and asked him to bathe there and entered the inner palace. He took this opportunity to fulfill his purpose.
