কারণ ইসলাম নারীদের তালাকের অধিকার দেয়নি। এটি শুধু পুরুষের এবং এর জন্য পুরুষকে কোন কারণও দেখাতে হবে না। আইয়ুব খান আরেকটি সংস্কার করলেন। দাদার মৃত্যুর আগে পিতা মারা গেলে নাতি সম্পত্তি থেকে বঞ্চিত হবেন এটাই ইসলামী হুকুম। সেই শরীয়া আইন বাতিল করে নাতিকে সম্পত্তিতে অধিকার দেয়া হলো। এগুলো যে ইসলামের সংস্কার সে কারণেই তখনকার আলেম সমাজ আইয়ুব খানের পতনের জন্য আদাজল খেয়ে নামলেন। তারা ইসলামে নারী নেতৃত্ব হারাম জেনেও আইয়ুব খানকে ঠেকাতে মিস ফাতেমা জিন্নাহকে ভোট দিতে মুসলমানদের আহ্বান করলেন এবং ইসলামে নারী নেতৃত্ব হারাম জেনেও এর ব্যাখ্যায় বললেন, বড় খারাপকে দমন করতে উনারা ছোট খারাপকে গ্রহণ করেছেন যা জায়েজ আছে দ্বিনের স্বার্থে। যেমন ইসলামে ধর্মনিরপেক্ষতা তথা সেক্যুলারিজম হারাম হলেও মুসলমানরা যেখানে সংখ্যালঘু সেখানে সেক্যুলারিজমের সুযোগ নিয়ে সমান অধিকার পেতে সেক্যুলারিজমকে সাপোর্ট করবে।
ভারতের দেওবন্ধ মাদ্রাসা গোটা উপমহাদেশের মুসলিম অঞ্চলে ইসলামী শাসন খিলাফত প্রতিষ্ঠা ও এসব অঞ্চলে সেক্যুলারিজমকে কুফরি বললেও ভারতের নির্বাচনে ধর্মনিরপেক্ষ দল যাতে ক্ষমতায় আসতে পারে তার জন্য গণমোনাজাতের আয়োজন করে। কারণ সেক্যুলারিজম কুফরি হলেও ভারতের মুসলমানদের সুবিধার জন্য সেখানে সেক্যুলারিজমকেই সাপোর্ট করতে হবে।
বাংলাদেশে একের পর এক হিন্দু পল্লীতে হামলা চালিয়ে যখন মনে হবে ইসলাম সম্পর্কে সাধারণ মডারেট মুসলমানদের মনে কোন খারাপ ধারণা চলে আসতে পারে তখন প্রয়োজনে এ ধরণের হামলাগুলিকে ‘ইসলাম সমর্থন করে না’ বলা জায়েজ আছে কারণ দ্বিন সম্পর্কে যাতে কেউ ঈমানহীন হয়ে না যায়। এবার বুঝেঝেন চরমোনাই পীর ও হেফাজত ইসলামের বিবৃতির শানে নযূল?
