দেশ বিদেশ থেকে এখানে ভক্তরা আসেন। এরকম একটি তীর্থের গা ঘেঁষে মসজিদ তৈরি করাটা ভবিষ্যতের জন্য যে ঝুঁকি তৈরি হবে মনে হয় সেটি উদ্দেশ্য করেই মসজিদ বানানোর উদ্যোগ নেওয়া হয়েছে। এরকম একটি মন্দিরে বছরের কয়েকদিন ধরে টানা উৎসব চলে। সেরকম স্থানে যদি নামাজের সময় বাদ্য বন্ধ করতে বলে, মসজিদের সামনে দিয়ে কোন কীর্তন করা যাবে না, মসজিদের পবিত্রতা রক্ষা করে চলতে হবে আর মাইকে জুম্মার সময় মূর্তি পুজা যে কত খারাপ কাজ সেটি বলে সাম্প্রদায়িক বিদ্বেষ ছড়ানো হয় তখন তার দায় কে নিবে?
নাকি তখন ফেইসবুকের "অচাম্প্রদায়িক" মডারেটরা বারদী ভ্রমণ করে এসে মন্দির মসজিদ পাশাপাশি ছবি তুলে ক্যাপশেন লিখবেন, "এটাই আমাদের অচাম্প্রদায়িক বাংলাদেশ"!
ভবিষ্যতের সব রকমের অশান্তি রুখতে প্রশাসনের উচিত সরোজমিনে গিয়ে খোঁজ নেয়া সেখানে কে বা কারা মসজিদ বানাতে চাচ্ছে। এমন নয় যে ঐ অঞ্চলে আর মসজিদ নেই। বারদী লোকনাথ মন্দিরের পাশেই কেন মসজিদ লাগবে?
প্রশাসন ও সমাজে সত্যিকারের অসাম্প্রদায়িক নেতা কর্মী সমাজসেবকদের কাছে অনুরোধ তারা বিষয়টি নিয়ে খোঁজ খবর করবেন।
