প্রসঙ্গঃ
ফরিদপুর জেলার মধুখালী থানার কামারখালি ইউনিয়নের মছলন্দপুর গ্রামের বাসিন্দা গুরু রবিদাস (50) এবং তার ছেলে উওম রবিদাস(23) এর উপর অমানবিক নির্মমভাবে মারধর করে গুরুতর আহত করে একই ইউনিয়নের বকশিপুর গ্রামের বাসিন্দা রিয়াজ ফকির (35)।
ঘটনা সুত্রে জানা যায়, গুরু রবিদাসের কামারখালি বাজারে একটি মুচির দোকান রয়েছে আজ 16.07.2022ই রোজ শনিবার অনুমানিক বেলা 11 ঘটিকার সময় (রিয়াজ ফকির) গুরু রবিদাসের দোকানে আসিয়া জুতা সেলাই করতে দেয় উক্ত জুতা সেলাই করাকে কেন্দ্র করিয়া বাক বিতন্ডা হয়। একপর্যায়ে (রিয়াজ ফকির) গুরু রবিদাসকে গালিগালাজ করিতে থাকে। গুরু রবিদাস (রিয়াজ ফকিরকে) গালিগালাজ করিতে নিষেধ করিলে পাশে থাকা বাটাম দিয়ে এলোপাতাড়ি বারি মারিয়া গুরু রবিদাসের শরীরের বিভিন্নস্থানে নিলাফুলা জখম করে।
দোকানে থাকা গুরু রবিদাসের ছেলে উওম রবিদাস ঠেকাইতে আসিলে রিয়াজ ফকিরের হাতে থাকা কাঠের বাটাম দিয়ে হত্যার উদ্দেশ্যে গুরু রবিদাসের মাথায় বারি মারিয়া মাথা ফাটাইয়া রক্তাক্ত জফম করে। ঘটনা চলাকালীন সময় আশেপাশে থাকা লোকজন ঘটনাস্থলে এসে বাধা নিষেধ করিলে(রিয়াজ ফকির) গুরু রবিদাসকে বিভিন্ন ধরনের হুমকি দিয়ে ঘটনাস্থল ত্যাগ করে চলে যায়।গুরুতর আহত অবস্থায় উপস্থিত স্থানীয় লোকজন গুরু রবিদাস ও তার ছেলেকে চিকিৎসার জন্য মধুখালী উপজেলা স্বাস্থ্য কমপ্লেক্সে ভর্তি করেন।
